Bassoons
We build a modern short-bore instrument with an equally divided long joint and bell. The extended bell is built in one piece and available in either German or French design. B.H. Bell bassoons speak easily, they are very flexible with an even resonance throughout.

Bocals
Our bocals have the same quality as our bassoons: they are very flexible. We currently make four types of bocals (CC,C,V and pre-war) based on bore. Each are available in either thick or thin wall construction ("T" designates the thick wall bocal which favours the low partials producing a more focused, compact sound that tunes slightly lower).

Reed Profilers
Our profiler is constructed of hard anodized aluminium which stays very clean and does not rub off onto the cane. It is made in our shops with the same degree of care we put into our bassoons and is designed to last a lifetime.
